What? You were banned because you said your opinion about candidation?
Don't we have the freedom of speech?

I'm not into the whole situation, saying "don't vote for me" is not a clean
way out. If you don't wanna be the chairman: just say: normal councillor.
And if there are problems with law: create temporary "government", do a
little changes and do the main election. I understand ivgalvez's good will,
and appreciate it. But I think that if there's a council crisis currently,
there'll be a bigger crisis in the next election. And "don't vote for me"
is only a temporary workaround.

But, tbh, this is becoming like the Polish parliament. Everybody is yelling
at the other one and throwing shit on the other people :P

Anyway, I don't have enough information to judge. If someone has different
info than Estel provided, I'd like to look at it.
Reggie hasn't provided concrete posts, so I don't really know why it's been
so.

It has been mentioned before in this thread that it wasn't the only
reason (maybe the trigger though).
Repeating wrong statements doesn't make them true.

Reggie,

don't know if you are the one to address this request to, but considering
the endless "spamming" class activity of Estel on this mailing lists, could
you please ban him here as well?

with best regards,
misterc

thanks
however, yet another "Maemo.org sub-site" i have to create an account for

unless there is a way to track IP addresses as well for mailing list, this
is just opening another round of "account creation" :(
can't we (the people who admit that this is the way it is and is going to be
ad aeternam that Estel /is/ banned) leave to that?

Reggie listed the rules according to which it was done
Chemist the execution of the rules
period, end of discussion

me went through pain of reading all those bullshit messages. As long time lurker, through threads like 'final countdown' i know that maemo.org was a mess lately, but in reality its not mess, its bordello on fire!!!!
honesty bros, in any normal place, after getting banned by mistake i would get deep excuses . here, funny kids come, and one beat another on writing how he banned me and how great he was to do so. Cheesus. Maybe me should thank them for banning me and deleting my posts, or even excuse???!!! me had positive thanks ratio, maybe ho and ban everyone who dared to thank me in mine posts??!

if this is how this maemo.org looks, me not suprised that no one want to touch it with mile long stick and its dying. Unsubscribing here, as this list spammed my mailbox with 42 messages, and none of them excused me for irrational ban, or promised me to unban shortly, not even aid 'kiss my ass'. you are all more concerned in throwing ape shit on yourself, than fixing my case. If that so, then fuck off, me wont regret leaving you.
