Bug reporting process

When you would like to report a bug regarding maemo you should take into account that the platform includes many open source components which are not maintained by us.

There are two possible scenarios for reporting:

• Bugs against open source packages modified by us or against packages made exclusively for maemo should be filed in maemo's bugzilla.
• Bugs against open source components that have not been touched by us should be reported to their developers/maintainers and not in maemo's bugzilla .
