The calendar in n900 is very feature weak. There have been a number of suggestions of ways it could be improved. This brainstorm is to collate them all in one place to make a strong, useful calendar/diary/to-do.

Users tend to file solutions as problems into maemo.org brainstorm

Posted on 2009-06-17 15:25 UTC by j mch. Status: Under consideration, Categories: maemo.org.

I've understood that maemo.org brainstorm is a place for discussing different solutions for problems present in Maemo and related devices. What I have seen (both here and in other projects) is that people suggest a solution as an idea and then the same solution as a solution for the idea (or else no solution at all as the idea is the solution). How could maemo.org brainstorm help people file problems as problems?

Taking pictures of landscapes of gives results where the horizon is at an angle because the camera has not been held horizontal. The picture typically has to be corrected afterwards in a photo editor.

It eats up memory space especially when there are attachments involved.

At the moment, all sent emails are kept on the N900.
