[zmapper] Startup

Zmapper was orignally on the Zaurus as a fast way of using maps from the US Census Tiger database. That still works, but with older maps as they've changed formats (for the better). But it will take some time. I also wrote a superfast GPSD which eventually found its way onto a KR1 EVDO router, and I've ported it to the n8x0 platform. It saves the route as a KML file with embedded comments (including engine data from my motorcycle, but that is another post for later). I've packaged that and will probably release it as the first file for this project. I'm also trying to do a GPS monitor to superceed the current statusbar/cp one.
