[Switch On Bluetooth] Switch On BTwith Toggle On/Off feature

Switch On Bluetooth will now toggle the Bluetooth On or Off each time it is called. What it does is, it switches bluetooth on, if it returns with 'already on', then switches off the bluetooth.
