[QCPUFreq] QCPUFreq 0.4.1 is now in extras-testing

This release of QCPUFreq includes many bugfixes and improvments. Some features of the 0.4-series are: * Settings dialog * More accurate temperature values through bq27x100_battery module * Support for saving the maximum frequency as default (power kernel) If you want to test this new release you can get it from extras-testing (http://goo.gl/JFVO3) - please place your vote after testing it. If you have any suggestions or issues please report them in the bugtracker or in the forum.
