[py2deb] Py2Deb 0.4.5

Py2Deb 0.4.5 is a new python module to help developpers to create debian source packages easily with a simple python script to build the package. This version is available in the extras-devel repository, and works really well i use it to upload package to extras builder (mCalendar for example). So now you can package your application from your NIT. Of course, there is still things to do, as integrate pre/post install/remove script, and mainly make a full documentations. But it s in the move.
