Double click on video now toggles full screen, better integration of MPlayer and last position when playing local files is stored in recent list. MPlayer+omapfb didn't play nicely with the full screen controls (the one you see when clicked in the top-right corner). Now when omapfb is enabled, the video is resized so the controls are shown under the video. With the exception of the flash player, double click on the video toggles full screen. When changing to another stream using the full screen controls from e.g. the Favorites or WorldTV99 list, now keeps the full screen mode. Files opened from disk via the file dialog or downloaded podcasts keep their position when restarted. Change log: * Support 'aspectRatio' attribute for installable playlists. * Store position of local files opened from file dialog or from the 'Recents' list when the user stops playback prematurely.
