[gstmjpg] gstmjpg released

First version of gstmjpg has been released. Gstmjpg is a motion JPEG server built on GStreamer framework. It makes internet tablets camera a remotely accessible webcam together with apache2 web server. Short instructions: 1. Install apache from https://garage.maemo.org/projects/apache 2. Install gstmjpg 3. Visit http://x.y.z/webcam.html remotely with the browser where x.y.z is your tablet's IP address.
