[GeoPoi] GeoPoi release v. 0.3.0

The version 0.3.0 of GeoPoi converts between following Point of Interest (POI) formats: Geocaching Pocket Queries .gpx and .loc (read; also whole directory and zipped files), comma separated value (csv) files (read and write, reads also whole directory), sqlite3 database (.db) files used by Maemo Mapper (write, can append POIs to an existing file), TomTom ov2 files (write) and Nokia Landmark Exchange .lmx files (write, either POIs in separate files or all POIs in one file). The program can also be run on a desktop PC (requires Python).
