[fuelpad - a tool to record car expenses] Fuelpad version 0.50 released

This version adds a new experimental feature, a yearly overall expense reporting facility. The report can be saved as a postscript file for printing. Other changes worth noting are improved performance with large databases especially in the settings and import dialogs. The date format is now saved to gconf. The appearance of the main window has changed a little with a toolbar replacing the bottom buttons.
