[fuelpad - a tool to record car expenses] Fuelpad version 0.4 released

It has been a month since the first public release of fuelpad. This new version (0.4) adds features which originate both from my initial plan and from the user feedback. From the first category, I have added the initial versions of import and export functionality. The most notable new feature from the user feedback is the possibility to select the unit individually for distance, volume and fuel consumption. This should allow UK users to enter the distances in miles, the amount of fuel in litres and see the fuel consumption in miles per gallon.
