[Free 42] Almost final version for N900

A new version of Free42, a HP like calculator for N900. Major difference to previous (N810 et al) versions is a new vertical layout and overall improved skin graphics. This release still misses few features like program import/export and preferences settings dialogs. But otherwise considered usable and about done. The biggest issue is how the vertical layout interacts with screen rotation and thumbnail task switcher view. If you try this out you will see what I mean. Let me know how to make it look more sane.
