[EasyList] easylist-0.3.13

Even though I feel that EasyList-0.3.13 is stable enough to promote to Extras-Testing I'm waiting for 0.3.8 to hit Extras first. Much has changed since 0.3.8. There is another sort option: Sort A-Z. The label "Checked bottom" has been changed to a more descriptive "Checked to bottm". Checked items are now greyed out and striked through. Automatic display orientation is also possible. A few bugs introduced after 0.3.8 has been solved in 0.3.13. Enjoy!
