I've just released cbrPager for Maemo 0.9.24. This release contains several clean-ups with respect to accelerators and how they are edited. It also solves a couple of small bugs, and adds the "Page up/down" action that lets you scroll the current page by a percentage of the screen. cbrPager for Maemo can be found in maemo-extras. Enjoy this release!
