[Apache web server] Apache web server updated and ported to OS2008

It's taken me longer than I expected, due to other commitments, but Apache is now successfully ported to OS2008. As a bonus, it's now a newer version, 2.2.8. If you're upgrading from an earlier version, please ensure that you back up your config and document files first, in case my testing has missed something.
