[kmplayer] KMPlayer 0.9.1

Support for playlist generators and fix for playing SuperMarioWorldFlash.swf. KMPlayer couldn't stay behind in having a way for third parties to extend retrieval of media sources. Of course their was already a way to install extra playlists, like the very nice WorldTV list contributed by bunanson. This however only enables static lists. Now, external programs can be called from KMPlayer to generate content on the fly. Read more about here http://kmplayer.garage.maemo.org/generators.html how to register them. A Youtube keyword, a local media files and a Shoutcast genres searcher are included in this release. Changes: * Fix a crash in flash support, found with SuperMarioWorldFlash.swf * Suggest filename of enclosure link when saving a podcast, saving it w/o the mp3 extension confuses MPlayer * Add support for playlist generators, start with a youtube query generator * Add media finder generator * Add simple Shoutcast.com genre generator * playlist.xml and recent.xml are now stored in $HOME/.kmplayer/
