Support for MPlayer omapfb vo driver and an add to favorites button added to full screen controls. Des noted on internettabletstalk that standalone MPlayer plays much smoother than within KMPlayer. Since KMPlayer set the vo driver to XVideo and MPlayer defaults to omapfb, an option is added to the Player menu to use the omapfb when the MPlayer player is selected. The disadvantage of omapfb however is that it doesn't update the video if the full screen controls are visible. Also toggling full screen to window mode may leave some video remainings on the menu bar. mtron requested a feature for a favorites play list, wherein streams from worldtv99 list can be copied quickly when watching this list. The full screen control bar has now a button for doing exactly that. The old Persistence playlists is now renamed to Favorites. To save space, the enter button is removed. The hide controls button is gone as well. The former is now achieved by a tap on the text bar. And the latter is now taken over by a tap, move 20px horizontally and release gesture. Thanks to bunanson for a review on the first build and for pointing out some annoyances of the play list behaviour. The lists aren't auto collapsed anymore on selection. Browsing with the full screen controls don't automatically expand groups. Instead one has to tap on the text to expand a group.
