After a long journey PR1.2 got released, and here is the PyQt release to match it - PyQt4 4.7.3. It is available from Extras starting today. The version in extras-devel compiled against Qt4.7 will be named python2.5-qt4-experimental-* to further differentiate it from the Extras one.
