[Load Applet] New admin and developer for load applet

After almost year of idling it was time to get some help. Eugene just got admin rights to the project and an opportunity to give some attention to this little useful utility of ours that has been collecting dust for too long now. I will (mis)use my position inside Nokia to scout ways to bring new generation of load applet to Fremantle at the very day it hits streets. Or even before, the code is open :)
