[kmplayer] KMPlayer 0.8.5 and WorldTV99

bunanson's WorldTV99 and kmplayer now join forces. A feature was added to install plalists at the main level in kmplayer's native format only. This allows playlists to be upgraded like upgrading applications. Also inline SMIL is supported. Read how this works at http://kmplayer.garage.maemo.org/playlist.html. At this writing the chinook extras doesn't update the packages list, so for chinook users download the packages directly from http://repository.maemo.org/extras/pool/chinook/free/ . Diablo users are not affected.
