[pyFMRadio] pyFMRadio with experimental FM band selection

The release 0.201 of pyFMRadio adds experimental support for FM band selection (see also https://bugs.maemo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2249). FM band selection requires a patched kernel to work. A kernel for the N800 ITOS 2007 is available at the pyFMRadio project page. Somebody please test this in Japan to see if it really works.
