[Speedometer] Speedometer goes public

Speedometer is an app for N810 that uses the built-in GPS to show your speed on the device screen. While waiting for the access to Extras, grab the package from the project page and give it a try! Speedometer is, of course, licensed under GPL as it should be so it is free for you to use and study. And before I get tons of email: you can quit the program by long-tapping on the screen.
