[Process Starter] Process Starter About Window Fix + other Improvements

The GLWP-Team is working hard to improve the Process Starter for the Nokia N900. Known Bugs: - Settings won't be saved or loaded - The About Window is not correctly shown - In the extra-devel repo the installation package does install the Process Starter but you can't run it after 'clicking' on the desktop file. Fix for the last bug now: 1.) Open the XTerm get sudo rights: sudo gainroot 2.) Change the directory to the Process Starter: cd /opt/ProcessStarter 3.)
