[maemo-efl] Maemo-EFL now in "extras" repository!

Thanks to Ed Bartosh we now have proper packaging, conforming to debian/maemo policies (now you can do apt-get source), and these are provided at "http://repository.maemo.org/extras bora free" Since most packages are libraries, they're not visible in the application manager, actually just "Expedite" (benchmark) and "Python-EFL-Core-Demo" (iphone vkbd, app launcher) are. So far just N800 (bora) builds are provided and they'll not work on 770 due being compiled with optimizations. We plan to provide 770 packages, but any help is appreciated :-) (just change the "debian/rules" to use the correct CFLAGS)
