PluThon is an Eclipse Plug-in that provides support for developing Python applications for Maemo Platform. PluThon does NOT require Scratchbox. Developers run and debug applications directly on a Maemo device, speeding up the development time. In this release, it is possible to run PluThon applications as desktop applications (run-standalone.sh) or console applications (python). Topics related to the running of PluThon applications have been added to the PluThon User Guide and the installation guide has been detailed (more instructions about the Target Environment (Maemo)). Some bugs have been fixed and enhancements have been added. See the PluThon homepage (http://pluthon.garage.maemo.org/) for more detailed information and installation instructions.
