Video recording with sensor pixel based zoom

I would like a program to record videos with the main camera (preferably at least as good as the default one), but with zoom functionality that instead of blowing up zoomed out pixels, zooms in into the sensor pixels, cropping out pixels outside and keeping the pixel size of the image constant (the sensor has 5MP resolution, if you're recording a 800x480 video you can either discard every Nth pixel (or average groups of N pixels) and get a full frame, or get the full resolution rectangle measuring 800x480 pixels that is in the center of the sensor discarding the surrounding pixels, or a mix of the two approaches for intermediary zoom)
Using Keyboard Arrows for games

Since the n900 is a resistive touchscreen, multitouch can't be supported
Instead of using on screen D-pad, why not the developers program the game so that we can use the Arrow keys on the keyboard and also maybe the buttons for the games itself too.
I have seen it done on the PCSX emulator..
So why not?
It would definitely bring in more game developers such as Gameloft and Glu

openssh built with kerberos

It would be very much welcome if the openssh-client application could be built with kerberos support. In the repository krb5 is found and installable. Without an kerberos enabled ssh application krb5 is useless if you want to connect from the Maemo device to an outside machine.

This looks great and I suspect it would be very welcome with N900 users to! The Pirate Box, what are the chances of getting interest for a port? http://wiki.daviddarts.com/PirateBox
