Douglas; media player is fixable and will be fixed. Calendar is another place where are some issues but it is not fixable since it won't follow theme font colouring (damn you Nokia). What other places you found where text is unreadable than Media Player? I suppose you found more situations like that because you said media player is just one example?

Light grey text on lighter grey background is very difficult to read, eg in Media Player it is almost impossible to see how many songs/radio stations/movies you have ...

Optification partially not done, rootfs usage hovering around 500kB borderline, so despite it being due to a bug, I'm not sure whether to vote up or down. For end-user the reason why rootfs is filled doesn't matter. Voting up still.

Btw is this optified? it seems that it takes from 5 to 8 kB rootfs space

I asked about the colour issue at https://bugs.maemo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3659 that seems to at least strongly relate to this issue and it will be fixed at PR 1.2

Yeah.. that's annoying indeed and it's just not the 3rd party themes. Built in has the same problem.

Confirming, you are right. I rebooted but without selecting Light theme (I had Grunge one), so I had Grunge colours on.

Quite annoying that people have to reboot just for selecting a theme, and every single time they want to select that theme.

I suppose you didn't reboot after selecting the theme as the instructions tells you to do ;)

That color IS fixed in this version and you must reboot after selecting the theme to make hildon-desktop to load fresh color-settings.

Conversations app is still unreadable. Just open Conversations and try to read the line under senders name.
