Ability to select a video file as a ringtone. Similar to S60 devices where a video can be played on an incoming call.
Proposal:
User should be able to select a video file in the ringtone selection menu. Some simple settings such as "portrait" and "landscape" video orientation should be also included

Community could create a seperate application to handle it.

This should be built-in to the standard telephony software.
