In silent profile the device should be silent (I don't want to be alarmed about my Grandma's birthday during business meetings).

Add an option for default behavior in Silent profile of all alarms to Settings of Alarm - "enable/disable alarms while in Silent Profile"
Add the same option for any spesific alarm in order to override default behavior, so that very important events can be alarmed even while in Silent Profile/device is off.
