Currently only playing from UPNP enabled sources is possible.
Desired:
- UPNP control point (command sinks to start playing from sources)
- UPNP server (sourcing to other devices)
- Playing from UPNP sources (already implemented)

For Harmattan, this feature is seriously being concidered to be provided out of the box. For Fremantle, unfortunately the MediaPlayer is incapable of using new Renderer MAFW plugins other than the gst-renderer. However, gupnp-av-cp though simple is still very nice to use as a control-point. Since most (all, last i checked but just be safe) of it's dependencies are already on N900, I think this could very easily be ported (this will only involve UI changes) for N900.
