It looks not really well done how to start new applications. Well, it's easy, because you just have to press the menu button two times, but it doen't look nice and the screen filled with various application icons. That makes it looking confusing. Especially the "more" icon is not user friendly.

Solution #1: Use categories with icons, favorits

Applications should get categorized like it's done in GNOME/KDE or when downloading new apps on N900 (i saw this in a video).
Example:
Internet
- Browser
- ...
PIM
- Calender
- Contacts
- Clock
Communication
- Email
- Telephone
- Conversations
Multimedia
- Camera
- Media Player
- Photos
System
- Program Manager
- Settings
There should be no difference between Nokia apps and downloaded ones.
