Why can't there be  a complete sync with MS outlook native to Maemo 5?  Installing all these widgets and apps confuse it, when the reason I buy Nokia is complete integration with my Personal Information Management Software of choice-MS Outlook.

Hi, there is numerous weather applications out there. And many users use such applications for widgets on desktop etc. But what if there was a way to store and retrieve the current weather information from the maemo OS ?

This could be useful for a number of application developers that don't want to implement weather information downloading, but could still have great use for the current weather information in their applications.

If a user is already downloading weather information, why don't share it with the device and let it become weather aware?

The built in Backup Application in the N900 is great already but also has potential.

One possible improvement would be the addition of scheduling options to run automatic backups.

Its annoying to open the pdf file of the ebook and scroll to the place you stopped reading each time you want to continue reading.

Even though multiple desktops provide a way or organising shortcuts and widgets, it would also help to create movable and resizable seprators, the main S60 homescreen for example.
