i'd like to be able to have one touch communication options on the desktop, there are some contacts i mainly talk to over msn and some i mainly call, the same goes for sms, skype, facebook chat but having contacts on the desktop doesn't really speed this up

when placing contacts on the desktop there could be an option to only link one field i.e. phone or sms to the shortcut so when selected it automatically begins a call or opens the conversations window for the chosen media i.e. facebook chat or sms
