The color for my own text is too gray, thus not fitting the dark background so well. Can you change a brighter color for it?
I am not sure how many people will want the locales package to begin with. So, not quite sure what to do with it.
You know what Marat, since nobody is voting on the extra locales package, you should make sure that it's optified (if it's not already), remove it from the user category and just make xchat depend on it. No-one will blame you.

I hate to be boring with all that XB-Maemo-Display-Name harrassment, but wouldn't it be better to have something like this:
XB-Maemo-Display-Name: XChat IRC Client XB-Description: An IRC client for Maemo 5.
That way if someone is searching just by names and types "irc" into the search box, xchat will be found, besides it looks more elegant and newbie friendly.
