i have increased the touch area now. in the next release i will make a default note for the first start.

Martin Grimme: you can't find it in the -widgets list- because i'm not able to add it there because of a limitation of qt right now. there are a few threads in talk-developement about this problem. as soon as i'm able to put it there i will do it. sorry for that :(

I can't find it in the widgets list. I had to press the icon in the application launcher (where it does not belong) to start it. After that, it's working fine, maybe until reboot. I agree with Mustali that clicking the bottom area for editing is not obvious. Maybe hilight that area or put a small "Edit" label there. Optification is a must.

• End-users are unlikely to read the package-description for instructions. A 'Help' section is of course not possbible so perhaps display a one-time-only banner when the wideget is first started? or maybe a default-note that points the user to click the bottom section? Thanks

• not-optified. /usr/bin/simplenotewidget is 1.3mb: i will fix this in 01-16

• app is a desktop widget and therefore should not be displayed in Menu.: there seems to be a limitation of qt right now i am not able to add the widget in the -add widget menu- do this :( maybe somebody will have a solution for me.

• clicking the bottom area of the notepad to add a note is not obvious.: thats why i wrote in the package description what to do. tell me your idea how to make it better without adding a seperate button
