I recommend people not to vote down packages which have missing dependencies, it's not going anywhere anyway until dependencies are fixed.

As for voting down and then voting up when deps are fixed, see how well that works in case of zhaan.

unfortunately last SDK builds arm-binaries for PR1.2, so libqt4-core and libqt4-gui 'll be available only after release of new firmware :-(

It seems that kibqt4-core is missing. This problem is fixable without having to reupload the entire package, just provide the dependencies.
