thanks for the clarification. seems that this device didn't have known location available since I hadn't used any location aware stuff since last reflash. Interesting application. thanks for it too.
The Phone Position option does work, I believe. It does not turn GPS on, however. It will use the position the phone most recently derived, either from GPS or cell phone tower location information, but orrery does not itself cause the phone to derive a new position. If the phone has not derived any position at all, then the Phone Position option does nothing.
is the phone position option supposed to work? At least it doesn't turn gps on.
That said I was going to up vote this since you don't advertize that feature that much but will wait for answer before voting.
