Changes

VersionChangesAuthorDate
3.6.0-1* Added a Celestial Navigation page to assist with sextant navigation

   this was a user request.

* Added numbers for the day of the lunar month on the Small Moon Calendar

page. Fixed a bug which caused the current day NOT to be highlighted

if one *returned* to the current month after examining other months.

Added a white box to further highlight the current day on the calendar.

* Fixed a bug in the refraction correction - it was too small by a factor

   of 60!

* Changed orreryLaunch script to allow the process launching orrery to

exit after orrery starts, thus removing an unneeded process.

thanks for the clarification. seems that this device didn't have known location available since I hadn't used any location aware stuff since last reflash. Interesting application. thanks for it too.

The Phone Position option does work, I believe. It does not turn GPS on, however. It will use the position the phone most recently derived, either from GPS or cell phone tower location information, but orrery does not itself cause the phone to derive a new position. If the phone has not derived any position at all, then the Phone Position option does nothing.

is the phone position option supposed to work? At least it doesn't turn gps on.

That said I was going to up vote this since you don't advertize that feature that much but will wait for answer before voting.

Thanks in advance.

I know it's tacky to vote for your own package, but I promise you nobody will ever test it as much as I have.
