After installing Omweather 0.26.1 and reboot GPS station works correctly.
Please update omweather to 0.26.1. Reboot your device. And try once again.
There seems to be still some errors on stations coordinates at least for Finland. I'm in Jyväskylä and when I use Maps it shows me my correct location but Omweather thinks that I'm in Troizk Russia.
