nmap 5.20-1
Command line open-source network and security scanning tool
Nmap ("Network Mapper") is a free and open source utility for network
exploration or security auditing. Many systems and network administrators
also find it useful for tasks such as network inventory, managing service
upgrade schedules, and monitoring host or service uptime.
This package contains the command-line only nmap, ncat, ndiff, and nping.
Most functions work without root privileges, while some (like OS fingerprinting)
do require them. If you use an option that does require root privileges
without using sudo, you will be notified that it requires them.

Comments:
Agree with Mustali, command-line apps have to specify what type of application they are in their description.
Bugtracker link missing. It is mandatory for the promotion to Extras, for more info:

Stuff in /usr/share/man will be killed by docpurge. Not a blocker, but if you want to keep them, you'll have to hide them from docpurge, otherwise they're just dead weight in the package.
It would be nice to indicate in the description that this is a command-line app.
