Mauku is the micro-blogging client for Maemo devices.
It supports, for example, Twitter and compatible services.
With Mauku, you can post Tweets, a short blog posts about what are you

Yeah, publishers are not properly enabled, or one cannot enable them. It probably doesn't help that the checkmark is a black check on a black background. :P
Also, Mauku still does not seem to work with Qaiku.
Installed twitter feed using mauku-widget, and it worked, but then mauku app said I had no publishers enabled...?
There is room for UI improvement - I generally feel that the previous UI was nicer, the blue corners are hard to discern.
Installed, tested, works great with Identica - no problems whatsoever.
Not optified, but smaller than 500kb. I didn't found any blocker, but UX has a lot of room for improvement.
After trying this version, I am still using the browser to access Twitter. No thumb rating from me, because it works in a minimal sort of way, but I certainly expected more from this Fremantle Star.
updated to latest microfeed backend. cpu hogging (bug 5377) is gone. tweets/avatars are showing correctly.
Avatars are now showing for me. Required updating the microfeed backend to latest, and then after receving a new tweet - the avatars started loading again. Not sure how to change my thumb to a thumbs up?
Please, make sure that you have the latest version of the Microfeed backend when evaluating Mauku. The backend is packed in the separate packages that can be updated separately.
I had to delete the microfeed database before getting -beta4update2 working. Also seeing same problem with avatars that Aniello noticed.
Just installed on my n900. It does shows the tweets, but doesn't show twitter's faces at all. Only an empty square white box.
Not a blocker in my opinion but a bit annoying in Mauku UI https://bugs.maemo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5608 Update interval can't be edited.
Just curious: is this version using /opt?
Bugs #5377 and #5407 fixed in the Microfeed backend. Please, update the user package called Microfeed (20091018), and test again. There is no need to update Mauku for that.

Qaiku isn't working. Still lots of UI issues.
