The numeric/special input mode locks Fn (aka blue arrow) in hw keyboard, I don't think this can be helped (especially since what fn-. exactly is depends on the keyboard variant).

When I press "." it writes ",", and vice-versa. Is that intentional? That way in order to insert a decimal value I have to press the blue arrow, then "," for writing "." and finally the decimal value. It would be better if "." wrote ".".
