Actually IMO the best way is a link to the bug list, in order to avoid duplicates, but the current version of bugzilla lacks a direct button to report a bug against the current product, so we have to go back, back.. :) (will be improved with bugzilla 3.4 that is about to be deployed)
I would have done so, but that was best I could come up with. The Bugzilla interface is not too easy.
Next time please use a direct link to the new bug page for madde instead of a link to a bug list.
