IPython 0.10-1maemo1

enhanced interactive Python shell IPython can be used as a replacement for the standard Python shell, or it can be used as a complete working environment for scientific computing (like Matlab or Mathematica) when paired with the standard Python scientific and numerical tools. It supports dynamic object introspections, numbered input/output prompts, a macro system, session logging, session restoring, complete system shell access, verbose and colored traceback reports, auto-parentheses, auto-quoting, and is embeddable in other Python programs.

The documentation and examples should be moved into separate packages, as they are not covered by pymaemo-optify, and are not essential to run ipython.

As Bruno suggested, please file a bug report, where the issue can be better tracked.

I think the dependencies are OK, the only dependency dropped from the Debian package used as source was python-pexpect, and the documentation and examples should indeed be split into -doc and -examples packages. As for their optification, if their paths are not already covered by pymaemo-optify, maybe optification is not needed at all? Please file a bug [1] for further discussion of this matter.

Missing dependencies (python2.5-testing ... ?)

The documentation and example dirs should be optified (and preferably spun off to a separate package).
