I would like to see some improvements in the UI,the rest works fine. We really need a better file manager :).
"Settings -> View icons" doesn't show filenames, it just show icons, so you don't know what file to choose. I think that people would wait to see the filenames too.
UI is really cluttered due to how things fit. Not very finger friendly.
Probably the place GPE Filemanager could fit is as non-userfriendly file browser (as in, doesn't hide the regular file system)
I ported it to Fremantle for completeness and have no plans to make it finger-friendly. Is there really a need for GPE Filemanager on the tablet? How do you use it? What is it useful for that the built in file manager doesn't do?
If people think it is useful I could look into making it more finger friendly.
