Gary, the description of Dialcentral does say its for use with GoogleVoice. Do you have suggestions on how to make it clearer?

no mention of which account type is required to use this service or how to configure it to make use of it. it appears technically sound however.

DialCentral 1.0.7-14 -- configured ok, but unable to complete calls out. App status says "Calling ##########" for a second or 2, vanishes, and other phone never rings.
