You can make the program quit when it is started for the second time.

Exit button is a must for this app.

needs some easier method of stopping it than reboot. Second or third start of the app gives a dialog that shows option to remove the screen breaks or add another one. Alternativley show a popup telling to open terminal and enter pkill braek or killall brak

A good idea to exit braek, could be to put an entry in the menu which popup when you press on the status bar. A part from this, it works fine. Nice apps.

Saying this once again (mostly to drive home the point), this app needs an easier exit. Perhaps a combination of keys displayed on the screen at the start of the app so that people who are using the app for the 1st time, know how to easily leave it.

Broken function on the touch screen through the broken bits, makes sense long as there's an easy way to close the app out. Also I noticed the screen isn't disabled in those areas if you're in the multitasking view.

I 2nd Arnim Sauerbier's idea of having it function to 'hide' in the back and await accelerometer feedback or perhaps an overly enthusiastic screen click to display the broken screen image.

Looks realistic. Well done. But 1) cannot click through broken area to control other applications, 2) has no way to exit (killed it via xterm, regular user would have to reboot)

@Maarten, this is a terminal app. It can be exited by killing the program from Xterminal. killall braek.

A simple front-end for this app would make this app easier to use. 2 or 3 buttons - Break! / Restore / Exit

cute :) As a prank app, one could make the screen 'break' when accelerometer registers a jolt.

Few usability issues. Can't exit by any means for a normal user. Have to restart device. Is this supposed to be the case?

To be nit picky why just an image why you can so much more. Like when you press on the area with the 'crack' the screen bleeds like you see when a real LCD screen is broken and pressed on. That would be truly hilarious!
