battery-eye 0.8-0pre1
Battery charge logging and graphical visualization for Maemo5/N900.
battery-eye is a small app, that records battery data (percentage, current,
voltage, charger status) continuously in background, and creates a graph
to visualize how the values change over time. It also calculates statistics
on average battery usage, and battery life estimates based on that.
The data collection process is designed for minimal impact on system
performance and battery life.

The "Longest time without charge" statistic is actually calculated as longest fully observed time without charge, that is, there must be no gaps in the data. A gap would be caused by turning off the device, since the app has no way of recording the data when the device is off.
Time since last charge, on the other hand, is the time since last observed charge. If the device has been charged while it's off, the app cannot know that that has happened.
From the above two, it's easy to construct a scenario where "time since last charge" is longer than "longest time without charge". The statistic is not a lie, but the devil is in the details. =)
I have found a little issue, although I have been using this application for months without any problem.
A few days ago I realise, in the statistics page, that the "Longest time without charge" was actually less than the "Time since last charge". After recharging the N900, and even after a reboot, the "Longest time without charge" wasn't updated to what should be the new value.
