APT updater for Woodchuck
APT Woodchuck updates APT's list of packages and downloads package
updates.
APT Woodchuck uses Woodchuck to schedule transmissions. As Woodchuck
schedules transmissions when there is a good Internet connection, APT
Woodchuck ensures that the package database is up to date without
incurring expensive data transfers.
