The bugtracker link seems to be invalid.
Well, you should just be able to install Alarmed and then it pulls the dependencies it needs. Pyside-qt4 is the meta package for pyside. However, there are occasional hiccups between the latest Qt packages and the pyside bindings. This bugreport documents how this happens http://bugs.openbossa.org/show_bug.cgi?id=275 although when all packages are up to date, it should not occur and either way it has nothing to do with Alarmed.
how to fully install including those dependencies from Python? I've installed Py4Qt-full but seems to be useless...
